The Story Behind Dream House Realty Every business begins with an idea. But a meaningful business begins with a purpose. For Sumit Lekhwar, that purpose took shape on 25 December 2018, when he founded Dream House Realty in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. What began as a vision to create a more trustworthy and professional approach to real estate has steadily grown into a brand built around people, relationships and responsible property guidance.

The idea was never simply to become another name in the real estate market.
